IdxType: Idx Database Column Type

class arch.base.Idx.IdxType(*args, **kwargs)

A SQLAlchemy field type for Idx objects.

Idx round-trips deterministically from its stored string, so caching the compiled statement is safe.

process_bind_param(value, dialect)

Convert an Idx (or validated index string) to its root string for storage.

process_result_value(value, dialect)

Convert a stored root string back into an Idx.
